World caravan against US blockade on Cuba begins

Havana, Mar 27 (Prensa Latina) Organizations and personalities from more than 40 countries will join the global caravan to demand the end of the blockade imposed on Cuba by the United States.

Italian solidarity associations have announced that they will carry out support activities in a number of cities.

Likewise, the group ‘Cuba Si Francia’ is preparing a rally in the Trocadero site in Paris, as well as in Lille, Toulouse and Dijon.

In Zurich, Friborg, Yverdon-les-Bains and other cities in Switzerland, friends of Cuba will protest against the banks that refused to carry out operations with Cuba due to the US blockade.

In Finland, actions of denounce will be carried alongside the anti-blockade campaign promoted in several Danish cities.

A mobilization is also planned at the Brandenburg gate, across from the United States embassy in Berlin.

Support activities will also take place in the United Kingdom, Belgium and in Spanish regions such as Madrid, Catalonia, Toledo, Malaga, Valencia and the Canary Islands.
